For non-residents who wish to visit or transact in the town of Pilar.

1 TQP per holder.
Temporary passes have validity or expiration date depending on your purpose of entry.
Establishments will refuse transactions if your TQP scan shows EXPIRED PASS.
You must request a reactivation of your Quarantine Pass to be able to reuse it.
We have the rights to refuse the issuance of TQP if the details provided are incomplete or if the details and purpose are not valid.
We also have the rights to revoke or cancel the Temporary Pass if it involves the security of the Pilarnons or for whatever valid reasons we decide to cancel it.
