CONDITIONS: 

1. LGU will control the days of entry and number of returnees to accept per barangay. Returnees can no longer apply as they will. You should only book a ticket and get tested for RT-PCR once advised by the Focal Person.

-Ang LGU na ang mag kontrolar sa manguliay. Dili na pwede nga mag basta-basta ug pa PCR ug mo apply pauli. Dili ang inyong ticket ang sundon ug dili dapat mag una2x ug pa PCR o book ug ticket kung wala pay approval.


2. Returnees must coordinate with the Focal Person first for the entry date and approval before taking an RT-PCR test. (NO EXEMPTIONS EVEN IF FULLY VACCINATED

-Mo koordinar na una sa Focal Person nga mo sulod ug kinahanglan mag hulat ma hatagan ug approval sa petsa ug nga pwede na magpa PCR. 

3. Returnee must make sure to have an active PhilHealth account to get a free repeat RT-PCR test. (For kids, for as long as their names are in the MDR, will be covered.) Otherwise, the returnee must secure an amount of P3,800 for the repeat RT-PCR fee before coming home. 

-Dapat ang mo uliay sigurohong naay active nga PhilHealth account para ma libre sa repeat PCR. (Ang mga bata basta naa sa MDR pa sakop ra sa libre.) Kung wala, kinahanglan mag gahin ug kantidad nga P3,800 para sa bayad sa repeat ayha mo uli.

4. Negative RT-PCR prior to departure must be from DOH licensed laboratories or Saliva RT-PCR from Red Cross for ages 5 and up. (NO RAT OR ANTIGEN) 

-Negative PCR ayha mo larga ang kinahanglan ug dapat gikan sa DOH licensed laboratories. Pwede pud Saliva RT-PCR gikan sa Red Cross. (Dili mo dawat ug RAT o Antigen)

NOTE: DON’T EVEN TRY TO SUBMIT A FAKE RT-PCR, NO ONE SLIPPED FROM MY VERIFICATION PROCESS AND I HAVE CAUGHT MANY. We will surely file a case against violators and you will be fined P20,000-P50,000 and imprisonment for violation of Republic Act 11332 sec. 9 (b) Tampering of records or intentionally providing misinformation.

5. Make sure that your RT-PCR will be released before your scheduled departure. Find a lab that can guarantee a release of the result within 72 Hrs. or before your departure. 

-Siguroha nga mo gawas ang result ninyo ayha ang adlaw nga inyong e byahe. Pangita ug laboratoryo nga maka garantiyang mo release sa result sulod sa 72 ka oras o ayha ka mo gikan.

6. Days of acceptance: (The day of arrival o adlaw nga maabot sa Bohol)
  • MWF Ubay & Tagbilaran Seaport and Airport. 
  • TThS Jagna & Tubigon port. 
  • No extraction on Sundays
7. LGU Vehicle will extract arrivals from port to quarantine facilities. (No Private vehicle extraction) 

-Ang sakyanan sa LGU ang mo tagbo ug mag hatud sa quarantine facilities. (Dili pwede magpa sundo ug inyo-inyo.)

8. The Quarantine Facility may be a School, Barangay or Purok and you will be quarantined by batch or group and or if you prefer, Private Quarantine Facility: Hotel, Inn, Motel, etc. (STRICTLY NO HOME QUARANTINE

-Ang Quarantine Facility nga abtan kay pwede nga eskwelahan, Barangay o Purok center ug e sulod mo by group o sa kasabay nimo ug abot, ug kung gusto ug pribado, pwede sa Hotel, Inn o Motel. (GINA DILI ANG HOME QUARANTINE)


9.  Repeat RT-PCR is on weekdays only and subject for availability. If the 5th day falls on a weekend or Holiday, swab will be conducted the next working day. 

-Ang repeat RT-PCR paga buhaton ra Lunes hantud Byernes. Kung ang  ika-5 ka adlaw mahlog ug  Sabado, Dominggo o oliday, mag paabot sa sunod nga adlaw ting trabaho.


10. Result of the RT-PCR may take 3, 5 days or more depending on the queue from the receiving lab. Expect a delay in releasing of result and discharge. 

- Ang resulta sa repeat RT-PCR mamahimong mo abot ug 3 o lima ka adlaw o sobra pa kay mag depende sa kadaghanon sa gi proseso sa laboratoryo.


11. As stated in EO 42 sec. 2, if the repeat RT-PCR turns POSITIVE, returnees shall continue their quarantine and may be allowed to go home ONLY after the result yields NEGATIVE. This means that returnees will not be released even if it would take month(s) until the RT-PCR is negative.

 - Sa nakabutang sa EO 42 nga kung ang repeat RT-PCR mo gawas nga POSITIBO, dapat ipadayon sa ning uli ang ilang quarantine ug tugutan ra makagawas kung mo NEGATIBO na. Boot ipasabot ani, bisan pag kaabtan kag pila ka bulan ma quarantine, buhian ra ka kung mo negatibo na ang PCR.


12. As per Province, all Non-APOR that will be accepted, regardless of stay and reason, MUST undergo 5-day mandatory quarantine and repeat RT-PCR. This means, no approval for less than 5 days stays for Non-APORs. 

- Matud pa sa Probinsya (BIATF), tanang Non-APOR, unsa pamay rason o ka dugayon mo uli DAPAT maka 5 days quarantine ug repeat PCR. Boot ipasabot ani, dili manawat kung ang mo uli dili maka agi sa maong protocol.

13. Returnees must arrange their daily meals and beddings needed for the entire quarantine duration with their relatives. 

- Dapat ang mo uliay hikayon o sabuton na ang parientes nga pwede mag hatud niya ug pagkaon ug gamit ka higdaan sa katibok-ang pundo niya sa quarantine facility.

14. Approval of S-Pass will be port to port only. If you will be coming from Manila via Bato, the S-Pass will only be approved when you are in Bato to make sure the RT-PCR is still valid. If the RT-PCR is no longer valid, you may be required to get a valid RT-PCR. 

- Ang pag aproba sa S-Pass kay port to port. Kung mag gikan sa Manila via Bato-Ubay, e aproba ra ang S-Pass pag naa na sa Bato para masiguro nga balido pa ang PCR mo byahe. Kung dili na, kinahanglan na mo kuha ug bag-ong PCR.

15. If you will be travelling out of Bohol for 1 day, you will be required to present a new RT-PCR from your destination as you the Province will not accept RT-PCR that has been used or crossed out of Bohol. 

- Kung mo byahe pagawas sa Bohol bisan 1 ra ka adlaw ug mo balik dayon, pangayoan na ug bag-ong PCR gikan sa kung asa mo gikan kay dili na dawaton ang PCR human ka ni tabok ug dagat o ni gawas sa Bohol. Bisan pag balido pa nang PCR gikan sa Bohol, dili na kana dawaton sa Province.


REQUIREMENT 

Negative RT-PCR result from a Licensed / Accredited Testing Lab. 
(We will validate all the documents submitted so don't even try to submit a FAKE RT-PCR.)

HOW TO GET AN APPROVED S-PASS

!!! DO ALL 3 STEPS !!!


Step 1. Only fill out this form to request entry and to get an RT-PCR and scheduled entry date. For the Focal Person to schedule your date of entry and control returnees. Your ID's are required.  (NO NEED TO TEXT THE FOCAL PERSON.)

Step 2. Once you get your Negative RT-PCR, upload the result below and NOTIFY the Focal Person (TEXT ONLY) at 09760066062. REMEMBER, approval of S-Pass will only be ratified if you have been given a date of entry and advised to get a PCR by the Focal Person. 
(Pag makuha na ang inyong Negative RT-PCR, e upload dayon ang result ani nga form para ma review sa Focal Person. Textki dayon ang Focal Person sa 09760066062 pag na submit na ninyo ang inyong dokomento. HINUMDUMI, ang S-Pass ma aproba ra kung nahatagan nag pagtugot sa Focal nga magpa PCR ug nahatagan ug schedule sa pag uli.

If travelling with kids 4 and below, must upload 

  • ID: (Birth Certificate or Baby booklet
  • RT-PCR of the companion
  • Others : ID of the companion.
